2. Our Services
Eve Beauty Lab offers a wide range of beauty and wellness treatments, including Hydrafacial, BioRePeel, micro-needling, eyelash extensions, manicures/pedicure, head spa, Keravive scalp treatment, stretch mark treatments, and combination service packages through Eve Beauty Lab.
3. Booking and Scheduling
Appointments may be booked by phone at (818) 862-0102, via our Instagram page, or through our online contact forms. We are open seven days a week, from 9:00 AM to 7:30 PM.
4. Pricing and Payment
Pricing for each service is clearly listed on our Pricing Page. All prices are subject to change without notice. Payment may be required in full at the time of booking or in the form of a deposit, and we accept multiple payment methods.
5. Gift Cards & Promotions
Physical gift vouchers are available for purchase in-store or by phone. All gift card sales are final and may only be used in accordance with the terms stated at the time of purchase.
6. Cancellations and Refunds
Clients are expected to provide advance notice for cancellations. No-show appointments and late cancellations may result in fees. Refund eligibility and rescheduling options will be determined at the discretion of Eve Beauty Lab.
7. Client Responsibilities and Conduct
Clients are expected to arrive on time, maintain proper hygiene, disclose any relevant health information such as skin sensitivities or medical conditions, and follow the instructions of our staff before, during, and after treatments.
We reserve the right to refuse service or discontinue service to any individual at our sole discretion, in accordance with applicable laws. Reasons for refusal may include, but are not limited to, failure to comply with our policies, disruptive or inappropriate conduct, health or safety concerns, or any other circumstance we deem detrimental to the comfort, safety, or well-being of our clients or staff.
To preserve a calm and relaxing environment, we kindly ask that children are not brought to appointments.
For health and safety reasons, pets and animals (with the exception of service animals as required by law) are not permitted inside the facility.
